Thomas Newcomb Hyde. Mr. Hyde was responsible for the design, development and implementation of Liberty Mutual’s Attorney Development Program.  Through this program, he has presented training conferences and seminars in trial advocacy, expert witness testimony, deposition and discovery, negotiations and mediation, bad faith law, analyzing the legal system, and legal ethics to lawyers and paralegals throughout the United States.In 2014, Governor Florida Rick Scott appointed Mr. Hyde to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.
