Kristen Foltz, Esq. teaches in the Department of Speech, Theatre and Dance at The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. She first joined The University of Tampa in 2010. Her primary courses include communication for business and professions, oral communication, and freedom of speech. Ms. Foltz graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in international law. Ms. Foltz began her legal career as a litigator prior to becoming a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Certified Mediator in 2011. She is also certified in residential mortgage foreclosure mediations. Ms. Foltz assisted with the creation of and served for many years as the Assistant Director of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program, a county wide court ordered mediation program. She is an active public speaker frequently presenting on mediation ethics, diversity and communication.

Amanda Uliano, Esq. focuses her practice on business law and civil and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Uliano obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in history from The George Washington University in 2000 and earned her juris doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2003. Ms. Uliano is a member of The Florida Bar, The Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
