Anthony V. Cortese, Esq. is a sole practitioner and has been co-chair of the Workers= Compensation Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association since 2008. He was admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania in 1982 and in Florida in 1986. He is also admitted in federal District Courts in Tampa and Pittsburgh, to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He regularly publishes articles and teaches courses on workers’ compensation and related topics.

Michael D. Boucher is a Senior Trial Consultant with Trial Consulting Services, LLC and he has practiced as a Courtroom Consultant with law and technology since 1994 on a variety of cases and issues including recent professional presentations on: “Finding Evidence in the Digital Era” and “Authenticity and Alteration of Digital Evidence.
