John V. Tucker, Esq., Managing Partner, Tucker & Ludin, P.A. Since receiving his law degree from the University of Florida in 1991, John V. Tucker has helped people get disability benefits, including ERISA group disability, Long Term Disability, Social Security Disability and SSI, as well as VA Service-Connected Disability Compensation benefits. He is accredited to practice before the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Mr. Tucker has lectured frequently on VA compensation issues. He has delivered lectures at several national conferences of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA). He also lectured at the national convention of the American Association for Justice on VA Disability issues. He currently serves on the Continuing Education Committee of NOVA, assisting in the planning of their educational topics.
