Devona F. Pierre, Ed.D., is assistant director of faculty and staff diversity initiatives at the University of South Florida’s diversity & equal opportunity office. She develops and implements professional development opportunities for USF faculty and staff members with a focus on their interaction with students. She conducts trainings to over 700 faculty members and approximately 350 staff members.
Camille Blake, Esq. is the Director of Equal Opportunity and Compliance at the University of South Florida. She oversees and manages the Equal Opportunity staff within USF’s Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity (DIEO) Office which includes the daily operations of the employment and academic discrimination complaint and conflict resolution functions and processes for the USF System which encompasses 48,000 students, 10,000 employees and 3 campuses.
