David Younanof, Special Agent/IMAGE Program Coordinator, Department of Homeland Security. David Younanof is the ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers program coordinator for the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) office of the special agent in charge, Tampa, having operational responsibility over 58 of the 67 Florida Counties. David has over 24 years of federal law enforcement experience staring with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Customs Service, and the last 12 years with HSI. David has been introducing the IMAGE program and conducting IMAGE outreach presentations, workshops and seminars to Florida’s private and public employers since the inception of the IMAGE program in July of 2006.
